The Villa

The main building accommodates 6-9 people, and is approximately 300 m2.

On the first floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, a breakfast patio and a bathroom/toilet.

On the second floor there are three large bedrooms, one bathroom/toilet, one separate toilet, a terrace and a balcony.

There is also an autonomous central heating system in the villa.

In the garden of Villa , there is a 16-meter long swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful stone wall and a sun-terass. Over the pool looms the Ponte Bello, the beautiful bridge, which divides the pool into a deep end and a shallow end (0.9-3 m). On the terass at the pool you can bathe in the sun and at the same time let your eyes rest on the beautifully folding Tuscan hills, with occasional stern cypresses here and there, and the lovely olive gardens.

In the shade of Mediterranean pines stand the forno (a grill) and a large pizza oven. The Tuscan region is world famous for its steak meat of the white chianina cow and, naturally, its enchanting red wines. In the garden you will find the fresh herbs traditionally part of the Italian cooking, whose mere scent makes your mouth water.

The history of art lives in Tuscany as well, which is something you will notice as you visit the cultural towns nearby You may also make a trip to a water park of the region or Lake Trasimeno, which is easy to reach. The self-contained barn in the grounds of Villa is composed of an enourmous, chapel-like studio bed-sitter with exposed roof bearms and rafters. It has its own garden and external dining patio with direct access to the swimming pool, which is to be shared with other guest in the main house. It can be rented as an indipendent unit, or in conjunction with the main house to accommodate an extra couple. Being all on one level, it is also suitable for the elderly or disabled.
