The apartment is at the ground floor in front of a big living room.

As soon as you enter the apartment you find a big well-lit living room. In this living room you will find two marvellous antique windows in marble from where you will enjoy a wonderful view of Canal Grande.
In the middle of those two windows there is a big fireplace.
In the living room there are two sofas, various bookshelves, small tables and a big table with seats where you can have your meals.
You will find the kitchen inside a big closet.
The kitchen is equiped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave oven and electic water boiler.

There are two bedrooms. One has a big tester bed. The other room has two french tester beds. Both bedrooms have a restroom with shower.

THE FLAT

The entrance gate leads to the Palace private court and garden and to the beautiful ancient hall. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which makes your stay easier!

As you enter you have a large living and dining room with two marble windows on the Grand Canal: it is furnished with two sofas and a large dining table with chairs. The complete kitchen is build inside an old cabinet and has a fridge, a freezer, the dishwasher, a microwave oven and a four gas hobs.

Each of the two bedrooms has a nice double bed, two night tables with reading lamps,wardrobe and chairs and its own ensuite bathroom with shower cabin with Murano glass sinks. All major comfort are included, such as air conditioning-heating, tv, hi-fi, washing machine and iron.
