The live- stone villa is on two floors and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a sitting-room in rural style, all furnished with care and taste. Outside there is a porch facing the entrance road and the grass which surrounds the building. 

The first floor covers 80sqm, the second one 70sqm. 

In the four bedrooms 10/12 guests can easily be lodged. The villa has been tastefully furnished in various styles ranging from the modern to the traditional one. In the kitchen and the sitting room there are two fascinating fireplaces which enhance the luminosity of the rooms.

The rooms are provided with every modern comfort such as satellite TV and a home theatre system for cinema enthusiasts. All the rooms are heated through a central heating system. From the terrace a wonderful view can be admired especially by night. In the garden stands a swimming-pool (10x6) and a gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for eating “al fresco” or socializing.

Inside the completely fenced property there is a car park area.
