The Luxury Villa is situated on a hill overlooking Porto Rotondo, very close to the city center (5 minutes walk) and it has one of the most beautiful 360° view of the Cugnana Gulf up to Cala di Volpe, including the islands of Camere and Montorio.

The Costa Smeralda is located in the north east part of Sardinia between Olbia and Porto Cervo approx. 18 kilometers from the airport and the ports of Olbia and Golfo Aranci (ferryboat terminals).

The Porto Rotondo ancient Roman caves, the emerald colored waters, contrasted by the massive granite rocks are elements of an extraordinary nature that has inspired the construction of one of the most beautiful properties in Costa Smeralda. Those elements have been incorporated directly in a fusion of fine workmanship and natural elements of incredible beauty.
Inside the Villa’s garden there are still the excavations and the “cut” from which the two ancient columns that visitors can admire at the entrance of Porto Rotondo were found.

The same granite, hand chiseled by the masters Edmondo and Piero Deiana, was used for the façade facing the sea and for the various terrace, streets, structures. Hundreds of granite cubes were used and they are priceless because they were hand chiseled.

For those who are interested, it is possible to rent the entire property, monthly or weekly.

Continental breakfast is served between 8.30 and 11.00, with the famous home made pies baked by the property owner, and served on the patio or one of the ocean view terraces of the main villa.   

Boat excursions are available upon request.

Private parking with independent access and automatic gate.

Use of swimming pool and equipment (lounges, hammocks etc) available for all guests.

Porto Rotondo is a natural port among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean Sea and offers a very prestigious village of great architectonic charm (the squares, the amphitheater and the church are example of the workmanship of famous contemporary artists), renowned restaurants, chic store and elegant bars.

Surrounded by one of the most beautiful sea in the world, Porto Rotondo is a paradise for all water sports, with its little islands, gulfs and the Marina (630 boat spaces).

It is possible to play tennis, horse back riding (2 km. away) and golfing (20 km, away).

THE ROCKS AND CAVES
 
Fantastic and surreal rocks, sculptured and chiseled by nature, the rain and the marine winds that are so tempestuous here during the last few centuries.  
 
Tormented and very suggestive forms contribute to the creation of an exceptional landscape. Sometimes the rocks have almost anthropomorphic shapes reminding the ancient habitants of this island, or they have been smoothed out by the wind and sea with the force of the nature that is always so fascinating.

The rocks’ shapes inspired the builder to include them in the construction of the property as decorative elements, they have become a sacred monument or a designing element along the swimming pool or natural sculptures to adorn the garden as a millenary presence.

This suggestive natural environment was the set for the movie   " Porto Rotondo "  and many directors have confirmed the fascination of the villa garden as a fairy tale location.
Rocks shaped like animals, fish, ducks, dogs, natural slides are a true paradise for children and the particular corners of grottos and caves make for postcard-like pictures. This location has often been used for movies and commercials, weddings, special events etc.
