The main property has a big living room with panoramic windows offering an incredible view of the gulf and the Porto Rotondo’s sea, comfortable couches, satellite TV, Stereo, CD, all the rooms have air conditioning and heating system.
A large dining room, with a crystal table that can accommodate 6 people, a large kitchen well equipped for lunches and dinners with two ovens, two refrigerators and industrial freezers.

From the hallway, in two very separate areas, there is the access to the bedrooms. The Villa has four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, TV, mini bar, air conditioning and heating system.
A separate laundry area and two car garages complete the main property.

Azzurra-Kika: it is a double room simply furnished in a minimalist style. It has a large closed, a double bed, a magnificent view and a private entrance that opens directly on an ocean view terrace. Even the bathroom has a window overlooking Porto Rotondo right above the Jacuzzi tub.
Bleu-Paola: it is a double room with many closets, a double bed and a private exit on the ocean view terrace. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub.

Verde-Giulia: it is a double bedroom with private access to the garden, may closets and a double bed.
The elegant private bathroom has a shower box.

Celeste-Giorgio: it is a room with a single bed, closet, air conditioning and heating system, private bathroom with shower box.

Dependence 1: Completely independent and armored, it is located on the highest granite rock of the entire property. A part of the room is completely made by rocks, the atmosphere is coz and romantic, there is a main room with a granite fireplace, a private bathroom with shower box and a round double bedroom with a spectacular view up to Cala di Volpe.
