An old 19th century country house, with a large garden ( 3000 square meters), cypresses, olive trees, a private swimming pool (9x4 meter, 0,50-1,80 meter deep).

Period furnishings with original – restored - doors and windows. In the garden you’ll find the old bakery of the village, still working, and a large area with tables and chairs, for your BBQ nights, where you can taste our traditional products.

From the Loggia you’ll enjoy the wonderful landscape of the Umbrian hills.
First floor with direct access from outside staircase is as follows;
The house has a large kitchen, with country style furniture, a large living room and a fire place.
You can have your lunch or dinner on a beautiful wooden table (3 meter long) in the dining room, four bedrooms (two with private bathroom), a large common bathroom in the night area, and two double sofa beds, so the room can give hospitality to 10/12 persons.

The ground floor is completely restored, there are some old barns with ancient walls.
