Farm Holiday stands on a top hill at 450 metres above sea level, which means an excellent climate with pleasant breezes mitigating the summer heat .
It is located inside an estate of around 15 hectares at a distance of only 2,5 kms from the lovely town of San Severino, just one of the many “jewels” of this land that has preserved significant signs of medieval and renaissance periods.
The dominating position offers a superb sight of 360 degrees on the Potenza valley and on the surrounding hilly lands.
A colourful charming landscape, green and luxuriant in spring and golden under the summer sun, is the natural frame of the country house, that added to the relaxing and peaceful environment is the ideal shelter for those who love a regenerating stay at direct contact with nature.
The convenient location permits to reach easily both the adriatic beaches and the Sibillini mountains.
The original structure, a typical marchigian farmhouse dating back to the 19th century, has been recently restored taking care to preserve the original architecture and where possible its original materials.
Low environment impact products have also been used,such as colour-wash painting for the walls inside and outside the house.

FACILITIES OUTSIDE THE ESTATE
At a distance of of 2,5 km guests may find everything for their daily shopping needs and also: restaurant, tennis courts, indor pool, stables, gym, skating rink, guided tours, bowling alley.
Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen corner (complete of fridge with freezer, gas plates, electric oven and dishwasher) and with TV, hoover, hairdryer and safe. Bio-switch have been installed to preserve all the bedrooms from electromagnetic pollution allowing our guests to recover their energies with a good rest.
uests can be accomodated in a choice of four self catering apartments, all with separate independent entrance, outdoor private area equipped with table and chairs, autonomous heating. Thanks to the natural insulation of massive stone walls (more than half a meter thick) all the apartments remain cool during the hot summer months The antique furniture in “arte povera” of typical marchigian style recreates the former rustic athmosphere.
