The village of Passignano 10 km (all kinds of stores, restaurants), one of the most typical village of the lake with its promenade by the side of the lake.

The beautiful town of Perugia is 25 Km far from the Villa.

The geographic position is very interesting because allows to visit easily Umbria and Toscana.
