The Charming Villa , one of the “Dimore ” is situated a few miles from the historic centre of Assisi, whose beauty can be admired from every corner of the villa. This old country villa has been carefully and beautifully restored, using handmade cotto tiles, precious fabrics and furniture: the original architectural features have been preserved and…. at the same time, “La Villa” has all the modern facilities and meets the requirements of modern hospitality.

The villa has a wide outdoor space with garden, olive trees, fountains, swimming-pool, shower, barbecue, garden. Inside, there are 3 deluxe double bedrooms, twin beds, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living-room and sitting-room with fireplace, big tavern, terraces and an absolutely beautiful porch with great view of Assisi.

Our guests can practise jogging along the several naturalistic paths around the villa with the help and advice of our personal trainer.
Moreover, they can try the excellent restaurant of our Resort and Spa , less than one mile from the villa, and book beauty treatments in our exclusive Spa with Jacuzzi, chromotherapy, sauna, steam bath, evocative massage rooms, or simply relax by the scenic pool.

On request, it is possible to hire a cook and have daily maid service.
Our weekly rates include the rent of the whole property, all expenses (except heating), linen change every week, maintenance of the garden and swimming-pool.
