This villa is elegantly furnished with distinctive taste and personality. It is situated on the top of a hill just outside of the walls of the medieval hamlet of Rigomagno. The villa offers an incredibile view of the surrounding valley, exposing the vast panorama of Tuscany’s suggestive hills. One can admire the scenery in absolute tranquillity, undisturbed by traffic or other urban noise.

The main residence is a large two story building of 420 square meters (not including the terraces); which guarantees the spaciousness of each room. In fact, there are two large living-room areas of over 50 square meters each, one on each floor.

The ground-floor living area has satellite television and stereo, and the first floor-floor a fire-place and stereo. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom (with bathtub) a second bathroom (with shower) a large kitchen with cooking area, a dishwasher, a pantry and a cooking fireplace with grill, as well as a dining area with a table for twelve, a laundry room, and other storage facilities.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which with private bathroom (with bathtub). And two twin bedded rooms. Next to the bedrooms there is a bathroom (with tub). On the same floor, there is a studio, a kitchen with dishwasher and an additional bathroom (with shower).

Near the pool ( 6X12 square meters, maximum depth 2,80 meters) there is a second building , an annexe of approximately 50 square metres, which consists of a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

The large grounds of the estate feature two brick barbecues, a wood-burning oven, a bowling green, and, naturally, garden furniture for a complete enjoyment of the outdoor spaces. The property is completely fenced and protected by a remote-controlled gate, and includes 6000 square meters of olive groves.
