This beautiful and spacious villa which once belonged to the nobil family Leonori Cecina is situated on a hilltop (approx. 250 a.s.l.) and has been renovated by the present owners with extreme care. From this sunny and peaceful position one can admire the splendid panorama of the Florentine and Siena Countryside.

The ample park (approx. 10,000 s.m.) which surrounds the villa is rich with Cyprus and olive trees and other admirable plants and creates the perfect setting for the swimming pool (7 x 14 m) - open from June until September.

The nearby annexe houses are the "cantina" and "taverna" where Tuscan wines may be tasted and lounge.

The three levels which make up the main body of the villa are entirely paved with original red stone tiles and have been furnished with descrete style and include some beautifully restored pieces of antiquye furniture.

Ground floor: breakfast room, reception room, large kitchen with a grandiose fire place, dispenser, 2 W.C. facilities and two bedrooms with 1 adjacent bathroom.
