This beautiful villa is completely fenced and has direct access to the lake from the big 108,000 sq feet flat garden, by means of a private wharf. In the huge, hedged by garden, there are ornamental plants and fruit plants, together with all the conforts for our guests.

The villa can sleep from two to ten people. It is quiet and independent, ideal for relaxing stays in the nature, a perfect place just oustide the capital city, Rome.
Outside: From the living-room with wide windowed doors you can enjoy a wonderful view on the lake and the swimming-pool (13m x 4m).

There is a beautiful wrought-iron veranda with wicker arm-chairs and a 430 sq ft gazebo, patio with dining area, barbecue with table for 10 people, teck sunbeds by the swimming-pool, parking, independent heating, satellite TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, little bed for children.

The property has central electric air conditioning, wooden doors and windows, volumetric and perimeter alarm and automatic irrigation facilities.

The guardians who live in the depandance near the main villa are at your disposal for everything you may need.
