It is divided into 4 apartments, each with a private loggia with summer furniture. The building is surrounded by a large garden with swimming-pool  fully equipped with Jacuzzi, outside shower and solarium. 400 m distant there is a small lake for sport fishing .

Enjoy a wonderful view of the pleasant countryside amidst the hills and paths.

In the cozy dining areas, you can enjoy fine cuisine that is rich in the local tradition in a refined atmosphere befitting the lifestyle of the noblewoman who originally lived in this villa.
The delicious meals served in our restaurant are enlivened by the magical, delicate sound of live harp music. The harp is a wonderful, delicate instrument that evokes the times in which Merion loved to entertain her guests with the finest music.
Our cellar contains carefully selected wines from the best labels in Umbria and Italy.

Walking through the olive groves that surround the villa, lounging on the grass of the lawn or simply sitting in the garden admiring the view, you can still enjoy the same sensations that Merion and her lover experienced once upon a time.
In this atmosphere, our guests can luxuriate in a swimming pool nestled in a green yard and a little corner dedicated to wellness which includes a sunbed, a sauna and a Jacuzzi tub, special touches that make a stay in the Villa all the more unique and exclusive.
Our outdoor swimming pool merits special note. It is filled with salt water and features a wonderful two-level hydromassage corner. The peace in the park around the villa is met by the gentle sound of the water falling softly from one level to the other in the pool.
