It is in Valiano di Montepulciano, favorably situated at the intersection of major traffic arteries. Art towns and cities like Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, San Gimignano, and Siena are easily accessible for excursions, as are the Crete Senesi, the woods of Monte Amiata, and Lake Trasimeno.

The estate, which was once the home of farmers and servants of the lord's castle, still has its original, distinctively 12th century structure. Six rural Tuscan homes have been restored to their old splendor, setting off the most important architectural elements against the rustic setting with full respect for tradition and the Tuscan countryside. The interiors, furnished with meticulous attention to detail and equipped with modern comforts, offer enchanting panoramic views.

The hamlet is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden and has a swimming pool, tennis courts and areas for services such as recreational fishing, riding, and mountain biking. In addition to the excellent restaurant with its scenic terrace,the Borgo also offers reserved meeting rooms.

The Borgo  estate includes Villa Belvedere, a 16th century dwelling with indoor meeting rooms, the largest of which has a scenic terrace, and a large park that can hold up to 500 persons.

The residence has 3 rooms up to 120 persons where we can arrange workshops, meetings, gala dinners and professional courses. Each room is supplied with the most updated machines for meetings.
