BELLAVISTA Four hundred meters up the hill from Castle ,eight flats have been built into a classic Tuscan farm house and in an old hay barn. Furnished in simple, rustic style, they have outside recreational areas. A swimming pool is located next to the residence, with sweeping views over the Castle and its romantic vineyards.

BOSSI DI SOPRA Traditional large Tuscan rural farmhouse in the extensive complex. The buildings have been recently renovated into five flats, each with independent entrances and furnished for comfort in the rural Tuscan style. The outside area, reserved exclusively for Bossi di Sopra guests, offers a swimming pool. Guests may also enjoy the tennis court near the castle, the centre of the wine estate.

FATTORIA is a building situated near the Castle. It is composed of three flats all furnished in Tuscan style. It offers a nice tennis court and the opportunity to use Bellavista's pool.

CASA TOLOMEI Casa Tolomei is a renovated, attractive rural farmhouse set in a small valley in the Chianti hills. Surrounded by magnificent views of vineyards, olive groves, and woods, Casa Tolomei stands out for its uniquely elegant architecture. Its five flats are furnished simply but tastefully, each with a private outside recreational area. The complex has a wood oven, extensive areas shaded by centuries-old trees, plus a 5 x 10 m. pool. A tennis court is 4 km distant in the centre of the estate. A private parking area is 30 meters from the farmhouse.
