Luxury villa immersed in the greed of the Tuscan hills, rich with olive trees and with a great view of the city of Arezzo and the Valdichiana. The villa is located 6 kms from the city center.

The "padronale?" villa, about 1800 square meters, is arranged on three levels and it was restored in 1995/1996 with precious materials, like Giallo Siena marble, drawn and "intagliati" Portoro, Portasanta, Parquet. The origins of the villa go back to 1850.

It belonged to noble families and it was under restoration for many years, with the last one in 1996, which gave the villa its present look.

The villa's rooms are spacious and an imposing architectural style in a quite location, surrounded by a 10/15 hectares park with beautiful walking trails through the hills and the yard where the swimming-pool and changing room are located (8x20). The pool is covered by a glass structure that can be open and the water is kept at warm temperature; the floors are made of teak and travertino wood.

There are also a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna and a cement tennis court. The villa is considered a luxury property, completely independent and fenced with 2 entrances and plenty of parking in case of weddings or other events.

The villa is renting exclusively with 2 service people who will be available 14 hours a day. 

Wedding catering, events, golf, horse riding.

On request, it's possible to horse ride or carriage ride along charming trails; there is also a beautiful and organized stable in the property and three riding-grounds.
