The traveller will have a stunning view of it either by the sea or by walking through the paths. A magnificent coast road connects Santa Margherita Ligure to Portofino along which the bay stands. The beach is 3km distant from Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

Camogli is a good starting point to reach San Fruttuoso Abbey and the "Mohawk Deer” wreck. The Cervara abbey is worth a visit and Villa Durazzo Centurione.

A direct bus leaves for the 18-holes golf driving range. Regular stops at Santa Margherita and Rapallo. Daily ferries for S. Margherita Ligure, Portofino, S. Fruttuoso, the Cinque Terre. Genoa airport is a half hour- drive distant.
