This luxury Rural House offers a charming view of the Orvieto fortress and the sweet surrounding countryside; the numerous fruit trees and flowers in the lawned garden with view are just lovely and their smell is so pleasant throughout the property.

The outside of the garden is just wonderful and has a treadable surface of 215,000 square feet (5 acres of land) and a beautiful 270 square feet porch with table for 6 people which is connected to the living-room and kitchen door, so that it is easier to dine outside.
7.5 acres of wood, a wonderful olive tree grove and a rose path complete this wonderful property.
