This wonderful rural house is situated in the heart of Umbria, near Spello: it is completely immersed in the green of a sweet hill.

This rural house has witnessed many historic changes in Umbria over the years: today, it still witnesses the beauty of these places and the high quality of life that our guests can experience while spending unique moments of relax in the nature or visiting ancient villages all around this wonderful house.

It is situated at the foot of Monte Subasio, on the edge of the Monte Subasio park (also called 'park of St. Francis') 3/4 miles from Spello and near the little village of Collepino, among century-old olive trees covering the hill belt between Assisi and Spoleto.

Olive trees and vineyards create a natural garden which surrounds this rural house and offers a view of stunning beauty: you can admire the whole valley from Santa Maria degli Angeli to Perugia. A clever restoration has allowed the preservation of the original stone building, the ancient rooms with ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles and a big fireplace.

There are 2 master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living-room and kitchen, relax room with sofa bed for 2, so the house can sleep from 2 to 6 people. You can have your breakfast or unforgettable dinners under the stars In the lovely garden which overlooks a wonderful expanse of olive groves.
