It represents a suitable place to eat outdoor. When it gets too hot, the swimming pool (10x4) which lies in the sun all day long, guarantees some relief.

Right next to the house there is a flying centre for light aircrafts and a renowned horse centre, where on request it is possible to practice these sports.

The farm-house lies just a few kilometres away from Castiglion Fiorentino, a characteristic medieval village whose origins date back to the Etruskan age. Here one can have lovely walks and visit many of the village historical mouments. Moreover, the village enjoyes a very favourable position as a starting point for excursions either to Tuscany (Firenze, Siena) and Umbria (Perugia, Assisi).
