TYPICAL PRODUCTS The typical farming hamlet is complete with its production and direct sale of extra virgin olive oil, red wine, james, zolfini beans, ham, salami and finocchiona(a fresh salami with fennel); the unique flavours of these biologically produced products marry together and form the base of the high quality natural Tuscan cooking in the hamlet.
