This 4845 sq ft villa is completely independent and surrounded by 27,000 sq ft of land, totally fenced and with two entrances: a big gate for cars and a small one for pedestrians; in the property there is the guardian's wooden house (with separate entrance).

Around the property there is a big garden partly paved with direct access from the outside to the floors of the villa; the property is surrounded by fruit plants, olive trees and a wonderful 10 X 5 metre pool with view, fully equipped with tables, chairs and sunchairs to relax among the green hills of the Sabine area.

In the garden there are many places to relax, terraces and green spaces.. next to the villa there is a gazebo with barbecue, outdoor refrigerator and a big table to dine outside. 

The villa can sleep up to 12 people; 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
