In the " heart of Tuscany ", between the hills of Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana there is PODERE , an ancient farmhouse recently restructured with old materials and BIOARCHITECTURAL LAWS.

The Farm House  has been divided into two completely self catering units, one on the ground floor and one the first floor, and both are very confortsble and well equipped to ensure the gusts all the amenities we are accustomed to. Each unit has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with Jacuzzi shower,fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a big fireplace and sofa bed , TV, washing machine, solarium and private garden.

Parched on a hilltop , the house dominates a wide valley with a stunning view, an oasis of silence and peace among the colours and aromas of the countryside; and ideal spot for travellers who wish a quiet and relaxing holiday to forget everyday rushing life.

Its convenient location allows to reach the most beautiful local towns in a few minutes (Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino), crossing the Valdorcia (a World heritage by the UNESCO)or one can go to Florence, Siena , Assisi, Rome with about an hour drive. For the guests who wish to regenerate soul and body, a lot of spas are within a range of a few kilometres, such as Chianciano Terme, Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo.

Travelling around the valley, one can enjoy the excellent Tuscan cuisine in the local restaurant or trattorias and visit some of the wine estates to taste our red wines so well known all over the world.
